Application
SWISSFORMING CONTACT ZX 200 is a high-performance precision cutting and forming oil. The balanced combination of additives contributes to improved sliding and friction performance. This effectively prevents cold welds and built-up edges. SWISSFORMING CONTACT ZX200 contains no chlorine or heavy metals.
Area of application:
SWISSFORMING CONTACT ZX 200 is suitable for the most complex individual and combined machining processes, such as deep drawing, ironing, profiling, stamping, pressing, punching, precision cutting and extrusion.
Application:
SWISSFORMING CONTACT ZX 200 is light and economical, and can be applied both mechanically and manually, e.g. using felt pads, rollers or sprayers. It provides excellent temporary protection against corrosion. Moulded parts produced using SWISSFORMING CONTACT ZX 200 can be fully degreased using an organic solvent or aqueous cleaner.
