Application
SWISSFORMING CONTACT RX is a high-performance forming product. The balanced combination of additives contributes to improved sliding and friction performance. This effectively prevents the formation of cold welds and built-up edges, especially when used on high-speed punches. SWISSFORMING CONTACT RX contains no chlorine or heavy metals.
Area of application:
SWISSFORMING CONTACT RX 180 is suitable for the most complex individual and combined machining processes, such as deep drawing, ironing, profiling, stamping, pressing, punching, precision cutting, extrusion and calibration. Moulded parts produced using SWISSFORMING CONTACT RX can be fully degreased using an organic solvent or aqueous cleaner. SWISSFORMING CONTACT RX is light and economical, and can be applied both mechanically and manually, e.g. using felt pads, rollers or sprayers. It provides excellent temporary protection against corrosion.
