Application
SWISSCUT MICRO FERRO is a minimum quantity cutting fluid made from vegetable base oils for use in high-pressure spray systems. This cutting oil produces a fine spray mist, provides an excellent lubricating effect and is economical in use. It is free from chlorine, sulphur and heavy metals.
Area of application:
Material: steel, high-alloy steel and steels that are difficult to machine, titanium
Machining: Machining: sawing, drilling, milling, thread forming, thread cutting, punching and nibbling
Execution
- Viscosity at 40 °C: 21 mm²/s
- Flash point above 220 °C
